The law firm that started as Boyer and Ferrell is now Boyer & Boyer, P.A.
On May 25, 1995, Ed Boyer and Mary Alice (Ferrell) Jackson set a course to provide their clients with solutions to personal and financial challenges of aging and disability. Together, they built a law firm with a strong local and national reputation.
Since that time, many changes have occurred. Mary Alice married and her husband Bob joined the firm, which then became Boyer and Jackson. When Bob became director of AARP in Texas, Mary Alice commuted between Texas and Florida for a number of years so she could continue to serve her Florida clients. Ed’s son, Andrew joined the firm as an associate and then as a partner. Eventually, Mary Alice found that she needed to devote her time to a new elder law practice in Texas.
Through all our changes, we have consistently provided caring and compassionate assistance for individuals and families dealing with significant legal and financial challenges.The partners of Boyer & Boyer are now Ed Boyer and Andrew Boyer, father and son. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable associates are Nicholas Chipernoi and Neil Lyons.
With our dedicated and efficient staff, our commitment to providing exceptional legal council remains the same as when Ed and Mary Alice began their partnership over 20 years ago.
